I've lost my password. What can I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password and cannot log in, you can reset it by:

1. Initiating a Password Reset: On the sign-in page, click on “Forgot Password?”

2. Entering Your Email: Provide the email address associated with your Real Art Academy account and click “Send Instructions.”

3. Following the Email Instructions: Check your email for a reset link, click on it, and set a new password.


Please note that password resets cannot be performed via the Real Art Academy Apps; they must be done through the website.

How do I change my password if I'm logged in?

To change your password in the Real Art Academy, follow these steps:

1. Log In to Your Account: Visit the Real Art Academy website and sign in with your current credentials.

2. Access Your Profile: Click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page, then select your name / email from the dropdown menu.

3. Find the Secure sign in Section: Scroll down until you find the Secure sign in Section, and press on "set new password".

4. Update Your Password: Enter your new password in the designated field and confirm it.

5. Save Changes: Click on “Save Changes” to finalize the update.

Can I get a Refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are on a monthly recurring subscription you may cancel at any time and will not be charged for further months. You will still have access to the videos until the period you have paid for expires. If you are on a semi-annual subscription you may cancel at any time but will not be refunded for the remaining period of your subscription. You will still have access to the videos until your six months ends. No further charges will be made once you cancel your subscription.

How do I update my card details?

Changing your credit card information is easy. Sign in to Real Art Academy. Press on the right icon, in where you can see a three horizontal lines, next to your account icon. That will open a menu, press on your name and email. From then, go to My Purchases. You can also access directly through this link: My Payment Methods

Why is my card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply login and click My Account, then select Billing. Scroll down and you'll see a Change Plan button. Click Change Plan, then click Cancel Membership. Once you've cancelled, you won't be charged again, but your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

If you've subscribed through the app follow the same steps, but the last step will be done within your Apple / Android subscription settings.
